Return Policy & Procedures
So So Stella accepts return request on most items within 5 days from the delivery date that is noted on the tracking number. Please alert us within 5 days of delivery that you wish to return your purchase by clicking here.
For all returns we issue store credit only.
Items that can not be returned: shipping and handling fees, clearence items, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, sunglasses, bras, panties, damaged items and worn items which include scuff marks, deodorant, scents and signs of wear.
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. If you received the wrong item or a faulty product So So Stella will cover the return cost.
Once we have received your item(s) please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.
Shipping
We utilize United States Postal Service (USPS) carrier for our United States and Canadian customers. Once your payment is verified please allow up to 2 business days (exclusing weekends and holidays) for processing. Once your order is shipped you will recieve an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

How do I track my package?
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package. You may track your purchase using the tracking number on usps.com. Once the item is shipped So So Stella is no longer responsible for the item(s).
Out of Stock Items
I placed an order and one of my items is listed as “Out of Stock”, will I still be charged for that item?
In the rare event that this happens you will be refunded for the out of stock item. This may occur due to inventory error or if the item has not met criteria to sell due to defect on inspection prior to shipping.
Does So So Stella ever restock out of stock items?
Yes, sometimes we do restock out items. Contact us here with the SKU number and we’ll send you an email if it’s restoked.
PayPal Checkout

Gift Cards
